A little about the job:

The ideal candidate puts customer service and satisfaction above all and enjoys working in a creative atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to learn valuable office skills as well as specifically learning about the creative industry in a buzzing studio.

Requirements:

•  Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
•  Some office experience required – ideal for a second job.
•  Good verbal communications skills – able to speak to clients and suppliers over the phone in a confident and articulate manner.
•  Pro-active and energetic attitude needed.
•  An interest in design is beneficial
•  The ideal candidate is a fast and curious learner.
•  Enthusiastic – Eager and willing to learn about the industry they are working in.
•  Able to multi-task and take on a range of skills.
•  Minimum academic qualification requirements: 3 A-Levels.
•  B and above in English and Maths GCSE preferred.

Duties will include:

•  Accounts and Operations support.
•  Working alongside and taking instruction from the Operations Lead.
•  Creating budget proposals, placing orders and then actively checking up on deliveries (all through Excel).
•  Eventually managing and understanding an ‘overall process’ which starts with a client’s request for an interior workspace.
•  Building up relationships with clients and suppliers.
